He matched the prices with a competitor’s quote, upgraded our seats with no additional cost, threw in two charger plates, premium utensils, and glassware at no additional costs. He even gave us the option to upgrade the sweetheart table chairs, but I decided to use the same chairs as our guests.

He got back to me quickly with a quote, asked about what time we needed them, arranged a quick pick-up time, and sent me a quote right away. It was a seamless and easy experience.
